This position owns the daily success of our plumbing service department. You’ll be the bridge between the office and the field, responsible for people, performance, profitability, and culture.

Key Responsibilities
-Track and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels

Oversee routine maintenance and service schedules for company vehicles

This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with call booking, and helping coordinate technician scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
-Answer incoming customer calls promptly and provide excellent service
-Use company call scripts while communicating with empathy and professionalism
-Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls
-Notify customers of schedule changes and coordinate rescheduling when needed
-Help ensure technicians arrive on time to appointments
-Debrief technicians after each job and confirm payment collection
